I just hope there will be a way to integrate a responsive website into Apple Pay… hope it isn't just a native app that can do it…
Authorize.net is already supporting Apple Pay, so this should not be difficult for CS-Cart to integrate. I have added it to the CS-Cart User Voice, so please vote it up here.
This is being rolled out in the US October 2014.

Looks released to me, authorize.net has a Signup page for apple pay within my account with full documentation and instructions. They are on it big time.
I do not think this should go to the suggestion box! It's critical cscart is on this as soon as a API is released. Real game changer and it must be delivered asap!!!
