Yesterday I removed the this code:

Today, I noticed it's there again. So not sure If I added back or not, but for some reason even though I deleted it again, cleared cache it's still showing.<br />
Is there somewhere else also added beside in here:<br />
[b]design/themes/[ACTIVE_THEME]/templates/addons/seo/hooks/index/meta.post.tpl[/b]<br />
<br />
Btw,  removed it, because my site is running on https.

Please ensure that you clear the cache using [your_admin_url.php]?cc&ctpl

You may also try to delete the cache folder. Go to Var / cache.

The whole cache data are removed this way.

btw, if upgrading, will the file be overwritten? Should I copy it to templates/addons/my_changes ?

No, there is no need to copy the files is the same theme is used
