I am upgrading from version 2 to 4 right now. I just noticed that I need to change the email that is sent when an order is received. Right now it says:
Your order has been completed. Thank you for choosing BevCorp Industries.
I know I edited something and added that last sentence, but I can't find it anywhere. The company name has changed and I need the emails to reflect this.
It is not anywhere in Languages that I can find and it' driving me crazy.

It seems you should just change Company name on the admin panel > Settings > Company page ?
Open the Administration → Order statuses page, select the required status and you will see two settings: E-mail subject and E-mail header. Just change them
