Hi,
I need urgent help. did a manual file upgrade from 4.1.2 to 4.2.1.
I had no mods running - vanilla CS-Cart install using their built in theme.
I have copied as per instructions on cs-cart site and now when I browse to my admin site it wants to do a fresh install
My site is also not working - blank page when I browse to my URL.
Any advice or live help?

Sounds like you overwrote the config.local.php file.? Why didn't you just use the upgrade center?
