We are glad to announce the release of our new add-on “Product Questions”!
The Product Questions extension enables your visitors to ask a question directly on the product page from a tab or popup.
Mostly customers have many questions or doubts about many products when they go for online shopping, and many customers do not prefer to purchase if they have any doubt or question regarding the product.
If the customers satisfy from getting their questions’ answer and clear out the doubts about the product, its services, utility or functionality then they won’t hesitate to purchase the product.
The add-on uses email notifications to inform the administrator about a new question.
If a product is customizable you can add a file option to the product and the user can upload any file or do you need the image to come with the question to be more explicit?

It would be great if this addon could show Questions and Answers on the product page, so other customer can see the discussions.
I read an article recently, it says question and answers on product page is an important factor for online merchandising, and it should be like a forum for each product. This is helpful for conversion and SEO.

The client wants to submit a drawing, an image reproducing and get an opinion on the possibility of implementing
“Send Question Email to” is limited to the MV Store Administrator or each individual store vendor who are really who need to answer their own product questions?
