We would like to introduce you Cart-Power add-on: LookBook.

CS-Cart "LookBook" add-on allows you create sets of products. For example, when customer wishes to buy apparel, they will see images of how a particular apparel item looks on a model. All clothing items are displayed one by one.

 

General features:

• all lookbooks on one page (selecting within ajax without any page reloading)
• several images for each lookbook
• ability to set image size for lookbook images
• beautiful scroll bar if many lookbooks are added
• ability to show/hide borders for lookbooks images
• ability to add any number of products to each lookbook
• ability to add product to cart from lookbook page (ability to select options)

Can you have multiple lookbooks? If not, can you add this feature?

Also, is it possible to just display the large images without details and pull the products from a defined category?

Sure, as you can see in this screenshot, there are several images for different lookbooks in the top area.

You can just add one image for lookbook and you will see only big image without thumbnails. Or do you mean top images?

and pull the products from a defined category?

Lookbook is a separate item, it is not a product. So, you can not do it. But, we will consider this feature.

It is impossible in current version. We have created one page specially and added ajax selecting between different lookbooks.

It would be great if there was a feature to use markers with product names on lookbook images. Personally, it seems to me that on the look book page there are too many Call to action buttons (add to cart) and I would leave products in the list grid with name, price, thumbnail and quantity selector with single Add to cart button for all of the products. The features I describe are implemented in this module for magento. It would be great if you could do something similar. Than I would definitely buy this addon with pleasure
