Orders Missing From Paypal Payments

Paypal is sending me confirmation of orders and order numbers, but I can’t find the order in my admin section. I know sometimes they get marked “incomplete”, but they are not listed under “incomplete orders”.



Where are they hiding?

Nope, the orders can't be found anywhere. Even when I put #20284 in the search box, it comes up with nothing. Looking at the Users history, it is blank in regards to the order.

In past was a bug when customer places two orders in short time (few minutes) second order over writes, deletes previous order.

Try to open any order details page and replace the value of the order_id parameter in the address bar of your browser with [color=#282828][font=arial, verdana, tahoma, sans-serif]20284. In this case you will be able at least check if this order is stored in the database and view the response from PayPal.[/font][/color]

Interestingly enough, when I manually entered the invoice ID in the address bar, it showed up. The status WAS “incomplete” and I was able to change it to “processed”.



So why wasn't it showing up in the incomplete invoice list? Is this a cache issue?

Sometimes even successfully paid orders not only via paypal are “incomplete” for unknown reason.

I am not sure about a reason of this issue. Detailed examination is required. May be this order was on the second page of the incomplete orders list?

I don't have any invoices in the Incomplete section. I try to keep it clean.

Same is happening to us. Cs Cart 4.0.3 and Paypal. I can see the missing order in phpMyAdmin, and like eComlabs says, I type the id in the address bar and can see it in Admin of CS Cart. But if I search on order id or look for “incomplete” orders, it doesnt show at all.

Hmm, I was hoping it would be gone in the new version but it doesn't look like it. Maybe someone has the time to look into this with cs-cart and fix it?

Yea, as I said earlier two orders in a role from same person somehow erases prior placed order.

Likewise this is proving troublesome, any Ideas CSCart team?
