is there an upgrade path / discount from the previous version?
I doubt I'll be able to offer an upgrade discount as it's already discounted right now. If you need multiple licenses then I can probably work a discount. The significant jump from 2.2.5 to 4.1.5 almost required an entire rewrite of the code. As you know from our previous 2.2.5 version this addon is quite extensive hooking into every functionality of CS-Cart without modifying any core files. Honestly the addon should be in the $150+ range so after a few weeks the price will most likely be adjusted accordingly.

Great price as it stands…thanks for updating

Of course not it looks like a real invoice:

No, not with 1 click, most functionality requires 2 or 3 clicks, sometimes even 4 clicks. Adding products to an order is default functionality of CS-Cart. This is a very specific quote and invoicing functionality in which you add itemized line items, it's easier and quicker to add a product as a line item. Note once an itemized invoice is added to cart by the customer you can also add products to the cart.

We help with installation and getting the addon setup if needed and any bug fixes related directly to the addon itself. This addon is solid and had been around for several years and has been tested thoroughly for functionality and security. Sno's Addons are the real deal - Sno

Thanks for the response. I hope that is not my bill.

I purchased last night and I am impressed, very nice. I did find a few bugs I believe.

  1. Terms and condition check box is visible but can not add any text. Editor is not visible.
  2. When I use the editor in the “Statuses” I added a logo and text for the customer to see when it gets emailed and this is what the customer would get…

    Dear Customer,

    <img src=“https://mystore.com/images/companies/1/Logo2.jpg”; alt=“” width=“175” />

Your quote is ready. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Please log into your account to either accept or decline this quote.

    Thank you.

I do use the editor in the cscart stutuses without any issues so I can only assume this is a bug

Good job on this  I

ok thanks for letting me know, I'll check to see if I have the same issues and will get them fixed asap, this addon is so massively huge I was bound to miss a few items on the upgrade, working on the helpdesk right now which is even more complex and wow is there alot to go through and check. I did manage to get the quote invoicing installation dics up using cart powers blog addon:

Is there a way I can add a photo and text to the top of the quote form on the customer side ? I want to show the customer before they enter fields.

Can they attach photo/file with their submission also?

I have this set up already as a custom form in standard cscart, but if I could include this with your form, it would eliminate a step for me.

If it creates a lot of work, I can use what I have and enter the quote in admin side. No biggie.

Also a big deal to me would be if I could add standard products as well to the quote with a few clicks. I understand the customer can add products to cart with the quote, but a lot of times they want me to figure the whole job out for them, so I try to include all the items (custom and standard) in their quote.

Thanks again.

Nice Add On. !
That would be really nice, but I do not see that.

My memory must have gone… I could have swore back whee the addon was first done v 2, it had this option,

What if the customer don't have an account? Can I send invoice directly to an email address? Can they checkout as guest?

@jimmyod, the admin can attach an image which displays in the tab right now, you could always edit the tpl and move the image to any location within the tpl. Right now their is no way for a customer to attach an image/file when submitting a quote but this can be added through the profile fields functionality. Their is no product picker through the admin panel right now, problem is it actually creates more work, would take about 3 or 4 clicks to add a product when you could just enter it as a line item, I'll see if these can be added, Thanks - Sno

@ghostrider, if a customer does not have an account and they submit a quote an account is automatically created for them based on their email address and a temp login is sent to their email along with acceptance notification of the quote being received. If they already have an account they are prompted to sign-in before continuing. No the customer does not have to have an account and you can simply create a quote/invoice under the admin and email them the quote/invoice and they can accept/decline, add to cart and checkout as a guest, hope this helps, Thanks - Sno

Much appreciated.

Thanks,

Jim.
