I am using 3.0.6 pro fully customized code. How can i upgrade this to 4.x version in easy way without changing any part of the design code.
That is not possible. v4 is a major release and you will need to adapt the codes from v3 to v4. The better thing is to avoid as much core changes as possible this time.
