I see “Tygh” throughout the code in many places in CS-Cart 4.1.2. I am wondering is this from a framework, or it just happens to be a name chosen by CS-Cart to use?
Hello yong2014,
Tygh is the name of one CS-Cart folder where core files are located. This name is used throughout the code because it’s a name space for an access to the main system classes.
We was wondering once why CS-Cart named the folder like that and found out that Tygh is a name for a native American tribe and now there is a Tygh Valley in Oregon, US that has a status of a census-designated place. Thus, this name has even some sense
Best regards, Alt-team

In the CS-Cart docs it is mentioned that Tygh (pronounced as [tai]) is just the core namespace of CS-Cart.
