Things have been getting busy and we don't have the bandwidth to fuss with the store backend. We are considering using an independent support contractor to do our upgrade from 3.06 to 4x and we may have some SEO and design work as well.

I would recommend Brandon VanDine for general admin work and tweaking of the system to meet your specific needs. But all of the above a qualified. If you are subject to PCI compliance, then physical location of the vendor should be reviewed.
