Email To Vendor.

Good Morning

i tested when i made an order and change statue , it did't send email to vendor , send email only to customer and orders department

i made change as attached and same problem , what should i do to email statue to vendor when change ??

i 'm us cs-cart version 3 thx all

As far as I can see, the “Notify vendor” option is disabled on your image. Please enable it at first. Also ask your vendor to check SPAM folder.

i enable option (notify vendor) and check vendor inbox and spam folder and no email

Hmm… It should work. Did you try to use another email account?

Try to contact CS-Cart support team and ask if there is such a bug in their bug tracker. Thanks
