Hello all,
Ive had a customer that could not pay for their order using their Credit Card.
PayPal Pro processor loads the paypal “processing, please wait” page and returns a “XML syntax error”
We were able to repeat the issue with the customers CC details, but with test CC, everything works fine.
The customer was entering the correct details without any spaces or odd chrs.
Is there anything peculiar about the communication PayPal pro processor that could cause this issue, perhaps with certain name strings or something.?
Has anyone else experienced this issue. We’re using csc v2.1.4.
Help appreciated.
