I did open a ticket on this issue, but we are on a time deadline and I would appreciate any help I can get.
We have a website launch tomorrow and our store went down two days ago.
I was adding products to the store. I also tried to activate the Twigmo add-on, but then uninstalled it because I didn’t want to pay the monthly fee. (I don’t know if that had anything to do with the problem or not.) I added a few more products. When I went to check the main storefront to see if the products had been added correctly, the whole storefront was gone. Just a blank page. We are running the newest version of cs-cart.
I can’t access my template or any template editors at all. All the back-end stuff is still there, but it’s almost like the template is missing.
Any advice? Hopefully support will respond in a timely manner and I’ll get the problem solved.
