i think its so useful everybody. Helpdesk is in site when customer ask question and other request we send mail but not fall inbox alltime. So customer didnt see the answer. if requests and inquiries solve in site customer area, perfect solution is everybody.

Is it only myself who cannot see an automatic upgrade option to v4.13 via CS-CART back end? I don't really feel comfortable doing a manual upgrade.

This is really weird, but it looks like I already have v4.13 installed. The last upgrade that I remember doing was version 4.12, and then I was waiting for 4.13 to become available via Admin panel.
I guess will be waiting for 4.14 now
