I am setting up a store in Chinese and trying to translate the words in the sidebox title in the checkout page. Those sideboxes with title “ORDER INFORMATION”, “ORDER SUMMARY”, “PRODUCTS IN YOUR ORDER” are showing up in English even those the rest of the store is in Chinese.
I am getting a bit frustrated as I couldn't find where to translate them as they don't seem to be controlled by language translations.

In order to translate titles of these blocks please go to Administration panel → Design → Layouts and choose the “Checkout” location. Then choose the necessary block and click its gear. In the appeared window you can change the name of the block.

Try to clear templates cache at first.
