i want to add description for any of shipping method in simple text or tool tip method..
this text will be some line information about condition of that shipping method.

what should i do for create that ?

can you more explain about this way ?
because my cs-cart version is 4.0.3 and not have "Details" field in shipping method ,
and i check cs-cart main "Demo" admin panel and that is not have that field too.
