domain.com/product-name+SKU.html

I got such module coded long time ago, never had problem with duplicate names.

Sure, this will also be fixed. Generating canonical URLs will, in fact, resolve the duplicate content issue.

In 4.1.4 responsive will not be the default theme. But you will be able to use it.

Aramex services are not planned for the nearest future.
I think that the best solution is to vote for this feature at http://cscart.uservo.../134344-cs-cart - and third-party developers will implement this feature as an add-on.
