Hi,

We are running the very old CS-CART: version 1.3.5-SP2 I'm trying to understand why the shipping by weight does not add up correctly when adding items to the basket.

For example:
We have leaflets in a pack of five and the weight 1.55lbs for each pack.

I have added the following in the weights in shipping methods.
More than 0 lbs £1
More than lbs £2
More than lbs £3
More than lbs £4
More than lbs £10


When I go to add two lots of leaflets so totalling 3.1 lbs, should cost £2.00.
But for some reason it calculates it at £4.00 (more than 5lbs!!!!)
Can someone please help me before I pull ALL my hair out!
I have spend hours trying to work out the maths logic of how CS Cart gets this total.

Makes sure under the product detail, that you dont have £1.00 in as the shipping charge also.

Sorry to post with no real help, but is it safe to even be using version 1.3.5-SP2anymore?

I have check under all items for shipping charges and they are all £0.
Any other help please, is it a bug in the current old version we are using??
