Not to take away from Alt-Team's valuable contributions to the CS-Cart community, but we had several requests to build a Custom HTML5/JS Product Designer that would be ready sooner than the highly anticipated release from Alt-Team and with expanded functionality.
Specs: We are approximating the functionality of [url=“http://www.buildasign.com/”]http://www.buildasign.com/[/url] (Start From Scratch on lower left of home page). End user can choose from customizable pre-designed product template or create a customizable product from scratch.
The add-on is being developed for the latest version of CS-Cart 4 and will work with all browsers that have full HTML5 support.

My apologies for failing to communicate more regularly. My dev team has been burning the candle at both ends in an attempt to complete a custom development project based on the HTML5/JS Product Designer by 4/28.
As a result, we haven't been able to get a demo site up or publish the documentation to date.

We are still adding features and updating the customer UI so that it can adapted to a larger number of store applications.
The price will depend on the finalized features and as we are still adding to that list, we haven't settled on the price yet.
Currently working on:
Updating the SVG library to support gradients
Optimizing the existing PDF vectorized output
Optimizing for mobile device user experience
