The insert/edit link feature appears to have stopped working
I have pages that have working links but as I now go to create a News Page and add link when I hit the insert button the URL goes blank
am a novice with little experience

Have you tried clearing your site cache? Depending on which version you run…
Type into your browsers URL bar:-
http://yourstore.com/youradmin.php?cc&ctpl
In essence, add “?cc&ctpl” to the end of your own store admin URL if using V4, otherwise only “?cc”. You may also want to try clearing your browsers cache too.
