How can I chat with customer through CS-Cart about order?

We switched from OS Commerce before moving over to CS- Cart. OS Commerce had the functionality where we could send and receive messages from the customer about their order. I know that customers can leave notes for us to see, but how can I respond back to them using CS-Cart?

enable chat with customer , I think it is switched on under comments and reviews?

If you want to chat 'live' you will need a 'live chat' system.

CS-Cart no longer has a live chat agent as an add on.

They passed it on for development outside.

It's a bit of a nightmare for people like me so I installed

the free version of Zopim.
