CS Ultimate/2 stores: customers of opposite stores cannot see their order history

Hi, we have Ultimate with 2 stores and shared customers.



Store 1 registered customers cannot see their order history in store 2 and vice versa.



Only a blank area appears on the page. On the “home store” the customer gets the orders or search screen.



Even after just placing an order in the opposite store and following the “View Order” link, I get a blank screen.

I believe that user's registration profile is shared across stores, not their orders.



If they placed an order in the second store and nothing showed, then you would have a reportable issue.

Hi, thanks for commenting. Yes, it is the latter. It is not about seeing orders across stores (which would be nice, but we can live without it).



Customer initially registered in Store 1 cannot see the orders placed in Store 2 and vice versa.
