Is there a simple way to process a full refund from within the admin panel for a returned order, duplicate order, etc.?
Currently, we do this through the merchant services vitrual terminal, which is less than the ideal way.

[/quote]This was always a wish list for me and still is. Refunds have to be issued through your merchant services.
