I might be the only one who has done this. Idk. But when I uploaded values (prices) in the thousands such as 1,000.00 or 2,569.10, CS Cart read the commas as decimals and my prices were things like $1.00 or $2.00 when they should’ve been $1530.75 or $2000.00. So what I had to do was delete all of the commas in the Excel spreadsheet first and then import that data to CS Cart. Just thought this might help someone who might be wondering why their prices were updating weirdly. 
Or you can just use semi-colon or the tab delimiter to export/import 
Yes, I always use [color=#282828][font=arial, verdana, tahoma, sans-serif][size=4]tab delimited when importing and exporting from excel to cs-cart.[/size][/font][/color]
