You are very welcome to share your thoughts about CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor 4.0.3.

Thanks!

Great news! I think I'll finally be taking the steps to upgrade from 2.2.5 to 4.0.3. Can I ask - is the new Reddish Theme responsive?

Congratulations on all the hard work.

Great work! It seems responsive theme is not ready yet.

update from 4.0.2 to 4.0.3 … just overwrite files ?

Trying a store import from 3.0.6 Ultimate to 4.0.3, it’s completely stalled out… been sitting for hours! :(

 Great news! Thanks CSCart team.

I have recently used store import from 3.06 to 4.0.2 and I am in process of cleaning up & designing, etc.

My question is… should I wait to upgrade to 4.0.3 until I have actualized v4.0.2?

If I upgrade now (before actualized), will this screw up all the work I just put into it?

Thank you for the great news! Will 4.1.1 be the next?

I’d recommend you upgrade to 4.0.3 after all the changes are applied to v4.0.2 so there won’t be a need to actualize data in v4.0.3. It is not recommended to make store improt in v4.0.2, than upgrade to v4.0.3 and than make an actualization.

Or the best solution is to install v4.0.3 and make a clear store import - that’s the safest way.

Hi

Installed in Development folder last night, went like clock work 1st time.

Only outstanding question is about the folders, their names are missing the first letter, is this correct?

ie Products = roducts

The Reddish is a preset. You can find more about presets and themes here: Dive into CS-Cart 4 Customization: Themes, Presets, and Layouts | eCommerce Blog on Running an Online Marketplace

Hi i am running cs 4.0.2 and dont want to update the store that is live.

Can i simply import the database from 4.0.2 in to 4.0.3 then set it up and move it when it is ready?

does the Reddish preset only works with 4.0.3 or also with 4.0.2 ?

My answer was regarding the upgrade to v4.0.3.

If you are talking about actualization itself than yes this can help you to avoid overwriting the uncommented tables. More info on this can be found in [url=“CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation”]CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation see the “Excluding data from the Actualization process” section.
