I keep trying to get the Adwords conversion tracking code for dynamic pages installed yet i keep encounter issues.
Here is the code i posted
This is a modified version of my code issued in Adwords according to google's KB for dynamic PHP pages ([url="https://support.google.com/partners/answer/1722054?hl=en"]https://support.google.com/partners/answer/1722054?hl=en[/url])
Using TagAssistant in chrome i get 4 Critical erros:

Can somebody tell me what i'm doing wrong ?
