Before making my store live I feel its best to upgrade to version 4.0.3.
Have submitted bugs in bug report section. I to noted that there are lots of bug submitted on version 4.0.2.
I feel its best to start the shop after upgrading. Do any one know when or exact date for version 4.0.3 will be out .

If your current store can take orders without problems after enough tests, it's better to go live instead of waiting for 4.0.3.
Waiting for a bug free version may take years 
We know companies/cs-cart sites (all are our clients) which are working fine with the v.1.3.5-sp4…
They are to make money, not for testing the new releases.

CS-Cart has promised to release a new version in November, it looks like very soon. But nobody knows exactly. I hope they will fix all bugs (or at least almost all) and only after that announce a release.
