I am in urgent position where I need to upgrade my my client site ASAP so That all the bugs can be over avoided.
Main bug is mychange addon bug not showing all the css changes to the current site. (Only few changes shows up in site and other css change are not appearing on site)
Can Any one help me out how to upgrade the version 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 manually so I can over come all the bugs.
I have the subscription and file for the new version.
Not sure you can. I was told I had to remove 4.01 and re install 4.02. Hope there is a way because I am waiting also.
I asked support about this because in V2 I remember an “upgrade” kit was available in your help desk account for upgrading between versions. No such thing exists for V4 as yet. Since V3, everything appears to have been done via the Upgrade Center. Short of manually replacing your 401 with 402 and exporting/importing data - ie. via CSV imports - there isn't any direct 'manual' way to upgrade. I would hope CS-Cart will publish the upgrade version in due course instead of relying on the Upgrade Center.
The upgrade center should have 4.0.2 available as an upgrade some time in the next 2 weeks.
I have installed fresh version and moved over all setting. kind of time consuming work
