How can I manage to let a customer choose between the option for delivery or he wants to pick up (collect) his products in a storageroom or shop?

You can create a pick up shipping method and a pick up payment method.

I dont't exactly understand what you mean. In the webshop we built we have a certain area in wich customers need to have a choice for delivery or pick up (collect) the products they bought. At this moment i can only get one of this options work at a time and the two options togethers.You can create a pick up shipping method and a pick up payment method.
Hope that you know what I mean.

Set up another delivery option and call it store collection. In the delivery costs set if price >0.00 delivery cost nil and if price > 0.001 delivery cost nil
