CS-Cart Ultimate Secured Checkout?

Explain to me how secured checkout works with CS-Cart Ultimate?

So, let's say that I use a shared hosting account with one primary domain which is where my SSL is installed. That site is sitea.com which is a CS-Cart Shopping Cart and my customers can also access https://sitea.com during checkouts.

Now, I want to create a second store called siteb.com which seems similar products and CS-Cart Ultimate seems perfect.

When somebody from siteb.com adds an item to their cart, will it send them to https://sitea.com to pay for it? I really don't see how would work since the only active SSL is hosted on sitea.com but the cart's contents are hosted at siteb.com.

What sort of hosting do I need? Can somebody recommend packages or sites?

To save some money, you can just purchase one Multi-domain SSL.

For a shared hosting environment (single cpanel account) that is the only way to do multiple stores.

But can't imagine why you would choose to run multiple stores on a shared server that you have no control over performance of nor any flexibility in configuration of the underlying server…

Thanks. I just spoke to SiteGround where I have a shared hosting account and they want me to upgrade to some sort of cloud hosting which is like $20 more per month. Apparently, ixwebhosting.com allows unlimited domains and unlimited SSL addons. I might be moving over 10 sites tonight to a new hosting company just so that I can use CSCart v4. :)

Hello. Just wondering if you ended up using IX Webhosting, and if so, did you have a good experience? I've seen mixed reviews, so just wanting to get a review from a CS-Cart user.

Thanks in advance for your help.
