Ok have talked to CS-Cart about the live help addon for v3 they said they are not updating this for v4 so just curious if anyone has got it or figured out a way to update it.

I can't help with the question as I ended up moving away from it and switching to CraftySyntax. It works well for me and was easy to integrate.

Yes, it's free. It generates a link you put into a code block in CS-Cart. Pretty straight forward.
