Site admin and vendor admin get order email notifications

Hi, I’m trying to set a multi-vendor edition to send an email to both site admin and order department email which is the vendor’s email address to get order status email notifications. Has anyone done this, does it require custom work?

For Mutlivendor Edition the Order will directly goes to Order Department and Vendor's Administrator Email Address. No need of any custom work David.



And for Admin Email I think we have to include that too to the Order Department email.

Thanks for the quick help. That's what I thought but realized after your comment that the problem was with my email forwarder. An email was sent to both the site admin and vendor but the site admin email was suppose to redirect but wasn't.



Now I need to find out why my forwarder for the site admin email forward no problem when emailing direct but doesn't forward when an email is received from an order notification.



Probably something to do with my SMTP setup in cs-cart.

I'm having the same exact problem Belzibot. It's not the mail settings though, I can have it fire one off to my personal address at gmail, however when it fires one off to the correct address, it never makes it.



The hosting company stated that all of their testing came back as good, with no errors.



I'm stumped. Was yours a setting problem?

Just moved up a couple of grown up points, ended up using mail store and forward service to handle this. GoDaddy server where the email was being processed had been blacklisted (again?) so I took all that email and moved it.



I'm giving it a few weeks, but should work great as I now have control over the whole process of what i receive and don't receive. so this problem was all hosting related.

customer notification email error and swapped to the vendor





In cs cart 4.2.4, I found the problem that after a customer submitted orders “submit order” email notification and sent to the customer invoice tikda but sent an email to the vendor.





at the time, change the order statuss, everything is in check, and the administrator settings, order statuss, all configuration is correct.



Another problem is that the same?



why did it happen?

How do I fix this?
