Paid Paypal orders in Incomplete status Rate Topic   - - - - -

Not sure if this has been discussed or if I'm the only one.

Basically I'm having customers checkout and the Paypal payment goes through fine. The kicker is that the order stays marked as 'Incomplete' and I have to manually change the order status to Ready.

I am seeing that as well, although the individual items aren't showing up on the Customer's paypal invoice (subtotal, shipping, and total, are showing up). I've done 3 paypal orders so far, and only the first has come through correctly. The other two have come up as "incomplete orders" which have to manually changed.

I have noticed that if the user doesn't select the link to return to your cart from PayPal, the order is marked as incomplete despite the transaction showing up as paid in paypal. If the users selects the link to return, the orders is recorded in the cart.

Any solutions to this issue?

I'm using Version 4.0.1

Hi

This is not a Cs-Cart issue.Just go to your Paypal account and activate the auto return to Shop.

Cs told me this was a known issue and to add a message in the papal pay,went to state ..please return to the store..etc etc

Since then they have been fine but I Will check out dvgsr idea.

This is another issue that you reffer to.

The thing I mention is a true problem, that I have discovered not only with Chrome but all browesers. I had that send to CS-Cart and this was the official answer from them.
