Anti- bot Validation not showing characters

When someone goes to sign in, the Anti- bot Validation does not show any characters next. To the input field and is empty…thoughts?

Hi, I don't have a clear answer for you but I had that problem before and I had to enable something in apache or something like that… it's hosting related. Hope it helps a bit.

Thank you for your message.



I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue. For displaying verification images, CS-Cart requires GD Library to be installed on the server. PHP is required to be compiled with freetype support. So PHP must be configured with the following keys:



–with-gd --enable-gd-native-ttf



Please contact your server administrator, ask him/her if GD Library is configured with the mentioned keys on your server and check the result.



If everything is set up properly and the problem still persists, it requires examination on our server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.

It was working fine through development, but just stopped working in the last few days.
