Free Shipping over cost amount with weight dependency

I have a site that calculates the shipping cost by weight dependencies. However for orders over a cost value of £100 the shipping needs to be free. I can't work out how to do this as the weight dependecies seem to over the cost value.



Any help would be much appreciated.
