How can I restore my translated language from CS CART 3.0.1 to CS CART 4.0.1? this is possible?

If you want I have prepared script. I moved translations from v3.0.6 to 4.0.1 without problem.

C4 has an out of the box Google Page Speed score of 21/100 and a YSlow score of C. Improving these out of the box scores should be an absolute top priority !
I don't get this at all. It's scoring very well out of the box.

PHP 5.2 was EOL 3 years ago. PHP is at 5.5 now. If your host is that out of date, then there are likely other problems as well.i'm on bluehost and php version is
5.2.17

So what about the ones that accepted the policy before this was announced? I have the professional edition, so how do I get v4 for that?
