New to CS Cart here so be easy on me…
Under Add ons in the admin. I have active and disabled add ons. How do I change either. For some reason, I do not have the option to enable or disable them.

Are you running Professional or Ultimate?
If running Ultimate, make sure that you are in the root admin area (as opposed to one of the individual store admin areas)
If you are running Professional, I would have to see a screencast of what you are seeing in the backend.
