Can't figure out what is causing the issue but it seems the bug is present even in cs-carts live demo.
Happens on half machines I've checked. In Chrome, IE, Firefox.
Yea exactly same deal. On latest Chrome and IE versions. For some reason it doesn't depend on a browser.
Can you see the captcha images on cs-cart forms?
Sounds like a firewall issue on his local computer.

I don't think it is a firewall on his local PC. More likely, it is his browser configuration like Java Script settings etc.

Tried turning off firewall and antivirus. Same deal.
Captcha shows up no problem.
Don’t really plan to investigate hard the cause of issue we just thrown away that script and used own banner.
If it was just on a single machine but I found same bug on at least 3 pcs.
Just was sure Cs-cart developers might be worried there is an issue even displaying their live demo store. According to response in ticket they don’t, oh well who cares

The problem will be somewhere else. Just imagine, should it be a bug, then other CS-Cart users would agree with you.
My banners suddenly quit working too. All browsers, all computers.
It may be one of them new “Time Release” bugs which may eventually bring all of our banners down!
