I tried searching the forums and I’m surprised not to find a related post. Anyway, I’m planning to automate abandoned cart reminders to customer. I know Cs-carts newsletter addon, can determine customer with abandoned carts X days old.
Now I’m not sure how this actually works? Do I need to manually send a newsletter daily/weekly? Or is there an automated way?

Thank you for your message.
You should send newsletters manually by clicking on the Save and Send link. Unfortunately, there is no way to automate this process in default CS-Cart.

Wow, this would be a wonderful addon if they could ever make one. I never thought of that but then again, it would catch a lot of customers and remind them to come back and buy!
I set up an abandoned cart newsletter that is triggered by a selection at the bottom of the newsletter setup screen. I know it's working because it says I have 10 clicks (in about 3 weeks). However, I don't know if it has stopped or I accidentally paused it, because it's been saying 10 clicks for 2 weeks now.
How can I tell if it's working?
Also, is there a way that I can code this so that it would show up in Google Analytics?
