how to vendor has Privilege fix options

hello i have multi vendor.3.0.6



vendor update product. then they changed option like size: s,m,l,xl



but every day updated product option. some size out of stock. so they have to fix option.



but vendor does not have right to fix option.



how can i give to them this [color=#000000][font=Tahoma, Arial, Verdana,]Privilege?[/font][/color]
