Hi everybody,

I am sure I did this before, but can not get t to work now: I sell software via my shop and now received an 'update' to a product from the author.
I ADDED the file to the existing product, made it available 'immediate' with the intention for existing customers to be able to download it from their account.

However, I can not get it to show as 'active' and have to activate the file manually for each customer. That's not do-able.

How can I solve this problem I wonder??
