Can you fix my checkout?

Hi

I am searching for somebody who can help me fix my checkout page.

Everything is fine until the final checkout button. Here the page fails and shows a 404 page. The reason is properly due to manual changes made by another in setting up a custom payment gateway.

I have switched to another payment provider who has a standard specific for CS-Cart and this fails - again properly due to manual changes in the checkout pages.

Why don't you just try to revert to the original checkout pages from the source?

Hi preudomme

I would but that is not an option. The original files and the developer making the changes is no longer available. I do not know which files where changed and therefore I do not know which files to replace with the “standard” files.

How come the original files are not available? If you own the license just download the original package from the Files area.

And if you don't know what has changed, I2m afraid it's not possible to undo those changes without debugging the code.

It's a sad situation…

I have the original package from CS-Cart and can replace anything/everything needed. But a lot of customization on the website has been done and it is only this small, but important, change that I must fix.

My hope is, that a clever person can somehow test it and see what error is made. Naive but I hope.

In this case you are going to need assistance it appears!

Either contact CS-Cart support or someone here in the forums which can troubleshoot this for you.

Hi struck - thank you for your input.

Your welcome, sorry there was not a quicker, simpler solution!

Let this be a shout out…CAN YOU HELP someone out there to debug and find the “bad” coding?

Let me know if you have the skills - please write a PM. Thanks

Your servers error_log may specify which file caused the 404 error.
