This product has stretched oddly,
cant seem to figure out the cause and its happening randomly all over our website.
The product it self when clicked on is still perfectly formatted
any suggests?

Don't know if it's right but I tend to just set the width and the ratio sorts itself out.

Don't set both dimensions. Then it will scale proprtionally.
You may need to recreate your thumbnails after resetting the width or height. I believe this is the same as clearing the template cache, but instead of &cc you do &ct.

I just did that change and set it and its causing all images all over the site to not be seemless is there any other fix you can think of.
