When I click on the Live Mode link at the bottom of my admin section, I receive a notice that the store is operating in Live Mode, but when I Refresh or Go to Another Page within the admin, the store changes back to Development Mode.
Has anyone seen this issue and is there a fix?

Might try clearing the cache for the store.
