Ok I have problem solved the cause but I have no clue how to fix the issue.
Each time we hide or unhide a category every single Main Level category will change to
Category-### for just the SEO URL Rewrite, every single sub category inside the category chain of the hidden category will also change to Category-### SEO URL Rewrite, as well as all Sub sub categories and so on that share the same chain as the original hidden or unhidden category.
We are able to reproduce this every time. We now know how to avoid it but it should be reported as a bug.
Does anybody have a fix for this issue?
