What exactly does the two fields for “Elements per page” actually do ?

I have no idea…I just switched mine from 30 to 1
and nothing seems to change
Well the admin one affects the number of lines show n on a page… e.g. subscribers
The customer one affect the number of topics shown on the CMS.

Thats put my mind at rest…
The “Elements per page” Interfer with the display on the frontend of Product Features …
but why?!?
Its a bug?
