MVE Shows Taxes only when you are signed in. Why?

Hi guys,



It shows taxes on cart and checkout page only after i signed in. After singed out taxes will disappear.

Did you experienced the same “problem”? In previous versions taxes always appeared. I dont think this is correct. No localization has been set up in my store.
