CS-Cart Rocks No Response

Hi - does anyone have any experience with CS-Cart Rocks? We bought a “Facebook Connect” add-on from them and are running into problems installing. We have contacted the company three times now - through multiple channels and it's radio silence. There is no phone # to call. I am nervous we have been scammed. Anyone have any ideas?

I've been dealing with them for a while. They do sometime take a few days to reply but they always do. You have not been scammed. I've installed that add-on before and also had some problem figuring out how to get the details from Facebook and they helped with it.

CS-Cart rocks does fantastic work have been using them for a couple years now and never let down, he will get you taken care of don't worry.

Hi there! So glad you responded and saw this message. I just went through all my emails and do not see any responses. My partner wrote you around Dec 27 and we both requested a Skype add so we can talk directly. Can you resend the email?



if not - here's the problem - our developer needs the following info before we can install the add on. I can't imagine you will post the response here so can you pelase send to the email and add my partner as well roxanneong(at)gmail ?

Hi Robert, below is the instruction from our Manual:

3. Login to your Facebook account and create an application by going to [url=“Seite nicht gefunden - Facebook for Developers”]http://developers.facebook.com/setup/[/url] and following the procedure. Retrieve App ID, API Key and App Secret from your Facebook app.

4. Enter your App ID, API Key and App Secret in admin for Facebook Connect addon.

Well personally i have never came across a problem with cscartrocks, they were always quick with responding my emails/questions and generally we are very happy with their service.

There is no problem with cscartrocks. TS probably has a spamfilter installed that's a bit uptight.

please disregard what I wrote previously. there has been a terrible mistake.



instead, I would like to thank cscartrocks for the login add-on modification. I had actually contacted cscart directly for the modification, but it was getting no where. I found your login add on through search engine. and you came through with the modifications that I needed.

Yes I have to say this is a bit strange because they've always been great to deal with.

We sent the addon days ago and you missed all the replies. Check your spam folder and the direct ticket link which I have just PMed you.

I checked the spam, but I didn't find anything there. Plus I was receiving all the previous emails. The link you sent me had all the correspondences that you wrote in between, and I don't know what had happened to the correspondences in between that got lost in emal.



I apologize to cscart rocks for inadvertent defamation, and regret that I had to go to this extent to reach you finally. I was at my wits end because I've been trying to reach you through email and website contact form for a week. Please accept my apology.
