I found a topic in this forum while i was searching. We need a module as told there for a Turkish shipping company.
To summarise, we need a module for Cs-Cart that works with real-time shipping. When customer completes order and payment, this module should handle automatically billing and shipping labels. We are working with a shipping company in Turkey named Yurtiçi Kargo. They have an API works with SOAP. We are looking for a developer who does this job.
I think you forgot to mention that the documentation for the API is written in Turkish and so you might need a Turkish developer. Most translators do not do an adequate job of translating specifications.
I see your point. There is an English manual, too. I uploaded it. If anyone interested in this job can read the manual.
